We collect government-issued ID data (NIN/BVN) solely to establish trust within our escrow ecosystem. This data is processed through authorized secure pipelines and never stored in plaintext on our servers.

GeoLock Metadata
Property images contain GPS coordinates. This data is used only to anchor property location for fraud prevention and is stripped of individual user identifiers when processed for marketplace display.
