Escrow Obligations

  • Landlords must provide property access within 24hrs of escrow.
  • Tenants must verify move-in within 48hrs of key collection.
  • Funds are legally held in lien until digital signature closure.

Fraud Prevention

  • Attempting to bypass GeoLock results in immediate suspension.
  • Bait-and-switch listings lead to loss of authorization status.
  • Identity spoofing is reported to national security agencies.

Section 01

Standard of Conduct

All users must maintain a high reputation score. Excessive cancellations or verified property discrepancies will lead to restricted access to the marketplace.

Section 02

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, BestMove administrators act as primary mediators. Evidence from GeoLock and digital contracts serves as the final source of truth for fund release.

Legal Binding

By using the platform, you acknowledge that our digital escrow agreements constitute a legally binding contract under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
